The direct-pressure laminate technology used in FERMA laminated flooring is superior because the flooring plank is completely balanced. The weight and quality of materials and pressure of production is identical on both the top and bottom of the board, which creates a perfectly stable product with no bowing or collapsing in the center.
The Layers
Protective Top Layer (Overlay) – 100% transparent layer is resistant against wear, stain, scratch and impact
Design Layer – Varying in all different types of elegant and natural wood looks
HDF Board – It is a high-density fiberboard with water resistance, which is much stronger than regular chipboard or MDF board
Attached Padding (Resin or EVA Underlayer) – Is a moisture resistant Underlayer
